2021 m. liepos 24 d. Vilniuje vyko Lietuvos lengvosios atletikos 2021 m. meistrų čempionatas, kuriame rungėsi didžiulis skaičius Lietuvos sporto meistrų. Džiugu pažymėti, kad šiame čempionate užsiregistravo dalyvauti net trys 80 + metų dalyviai: Valerijus Koreškovas (80), Eugenijus Ivanauskas (82) ir Adolfas Siurbis (82).
Vienas vyriausių čempionato dalyvių Adolfas Siurbis susirinkusius dalyvius ir renginio svečius bei žiūrovus nudžiugino įspūdingu pasirodymu ir pademonstravo puikią fizinę formą. Jis ieties metime iškovojęs aukso medalį, rutulio stūmimo rungtyje užėmė 2 v.
